The Rec Center- Pure mayhem and bliss

About a fifteen minute walk down the road from our house is the mecca for kids here in Hataitai- the Aquatic Center, The Rec Center, the Library, a playground, and huge green fields for playing ANYTHING you want. The Rec center is just a big gymnasium where kids rollerblade/skate, scooter, skateboard, unicycle, play indoor hockey, soccer, basketball...all at ONCE. It's a total free for all and pure mayhem. And SOOO much fun. The kids spend many afternoons here rollerskating or blading and will join the masses with their scooters (once our shipment arrives!).
